From 2015 the tax and national insurance exemptions on employer childcare vouchers will cease. The voucher scheme will still run but there will no longer be any tax incentive to use it. From April 2011 any employees who want to join the scheme will not receive the current tax exemptions. Any employers who currently run the scheme should make their employees aware of the changes.
