Pension changes 2012 - relief for small businesses

Further to our recent article about pensions that Employers must offer from 2012, there are some deferrals that have come to light as the new scheme progresses.

Small businesses, ie those who employ less than 50 staff will have a delayed entry into the scheme, possibly as late as 2015.

This will give valuable time to ensure that any proposed pension scheme will comply with the standards laid down by the legislation.
