Payroll and CIS
At Watling & Hirst, we pride ourselves on being able to offer a fully comprehensive payroll bureau for a wide variety of businesses, yet we remain very flexible when it comes to the service that we can offer. Our payroll department is fully computerised, yet is tailored for every client, large or small.
We run a wide variety of payrolls, for a diverse mix of businesses, on a weekly, four weekly, monthly or annual basis, producing detailed payslips to our client’s needs. Our payroll department is fully integrated with the bookkeeping and accounts services that we offer. The government continues to introduce new initiatives and this can make dealing with your payroll much more burdensome that in past years. We are fully up-to-date with the administration of Student Loan repayments, Company pension scheme deductions, statutory payments (SSP, SMP, etc.), the National Minimum Wage and the Childcare Voucher scheme, to name but a few.
We are happy to provide you with a fully inclusive quotation of our charges at the outset. This will then enable you to concentrate on your business and let us deal with the large amount of paperwork that the government regularly issues to employers.
In addition to the normal day to day administration of your payroll, we will complete monthly CIS returns and payslips. All Revenue forms (P35, P14, P45, etc.) are filed on line, ensuring the Revenue receive information quickly and efficiently.
We can also offer you remuneration planning, either as a stand alone exercise or as part of a wider Corporation Tax or Self Assessment review. We have extensive experience in dealing with PAYE reviews, audits and general Revenue payroll disputes. This is particularly beneficial when combined with our Enhanced Tax Service.
At the end of every tax year we ensure that all the relevant Returns are completed and submitted promptly. This service also includes the preparation of forms P11D
